Bere blondă nefiltrată, artizanală, fermentată la temperatură scăzută timp de 21 de zile. Malțul din orz și cele 2 tipuri de hamei îi conferă un gust vioi, aroma fiind delicat amăruie.

18-JUN-2018. DRAFT at Beer Zone, Iași. Hazy golden, off-white head. Rustic (too rustic?) malts with notes of cooked corn and sunflower (burnt) oil - not as bad as it sounds though. The taste is cleaner - from macerated malts to plain malț sweetness, some burnt sunflower seed notes instead of bitterness. Not as bad as it sounds but not the most moreish micro-lager either. 5-4-6-3-11=3,0.
9-APR-2018. BOTTLE. Almost clear deep gold, diminishing white head. Smells of dms-y malts, with a bit of cooking oil and some harsh spice - not terrible, but not the finest pils. The taste is vague dry malts, not plain sugars and medicine this time - those are kept at bay, low but harsh bitterness with burnt oil notes. Prickly carbonation. 5-4-6-3-11=2,9.
24-SEP-2016. DRAFT. Rustic lager character - bread and raw cereals, some yeast, hay, wet grass. Light sweet flavour, some astringent harshness. Not bad.
04-FEB-2016. BOTTLE 50 CL. Cloudy golden, big ivory head. Big fruity, dried banana, wheaty sweet and tart, very clovy leaning towards band aid. The taste starts like a traditional weissbier, fruity and mellow, a bit tart, but gets quite bitter, a bit salty with a very spicy band aid finish. Dunno if that’s what is is supposed to be, but it’s quite good and authentic as it is. 7-4-7-4-13=3,5.
