FEB-2020. Draft. Almost clear golden, creamy white head. Smells of fresh cereals, slightly fruity, cooked apples, light hop spice. Medium sweet malts, a little sugary / fruity, smooth body, moderate crisp clean spicy hops. Not a top pils, but certainly solid. 3,4/5.

JUN-2019. Fresh cereals and some green fruit - not offensive, inky makes it feel fresjer. Beatiful fresh sweet bread malts blending with the light astringent green fruit. The bitterness is too low - the only downside. Very good. 3,5/5.

NOV-2018. BOTTLE. Clear golden, minuscule flakes, white head. Industrially clean pale lager profile - light light malts and apples, almost undetectable white bread, along with a little bit of that industrial harshness too. The taste is the same - super clean industrial pale malts, really short on hops, revealing a little of that pale lager innocent harshness. Hm... a surprising macro flavour profile dorm a micro brewery. 5-4-5-3-11=2.8.

SEP-2018. Draft at Giraffes Festival, Iași. Hazy bright gold, small white head. Subtle bready malts, light green fruit, just a hint of yeast. Clean malț sweetness just barely touching some fruit, moderate wet grass hops with a hint of cottage cheese. Crisp young astringent mouthfeel, almost no alpha acids in the finish. A nice fresh lightly hopped kellerbier style lager. 6-4-6-3-13=3.2.
