Named after a warlike tribe of ancient Britains, the Silures made a fierce resistance to the Roman conquest around AD 48. This powerfully hopped, beer is testament to their skill and strength of character. Brewed with sweet Caramalt and Maritime Spruce tips in the percolator, Silures delivers delicious tropical fruit flavours with a hint of pine needles. Robust and thoroughly rewarding.

Bottle at home. Aroma is zesty citrus, orange, juicy hops, light pale malt, some grapefruit. Flavour is medium to heavy bitter. Body is medium. Very crisp and refreshing citrussy Session IPA, I definitely dig it.

opalescent golden to orange colour, practically no head at all! aroma of pine resin, maybe grapefruit, some mango and apricot, too as well as some floral-honey and biscuity notes; taste of malty-biscuity sweetness, some apricot, maybe mango notes and devastating pine resiny bitterness...well, on the one hnd, it is a good session IPA, on the other hand it does not really have the body for this very intensive resiny bitterness

Absolutly lovly hard dry ale. Coz za swietny wytrawno-gozki sesyjny ale. Wyglad piana wielka twarda niczym slimaka domek, powywijana, trwala do konca. Bardzo gozkie, dubeltowe, Przytlaczajace chmiele, niewiele slodowosci i sporo tropikalnych owocow: kwasne grejfruty, cytryny, limonki i liczi., metne pomaranczowo zolta barwa. Zapach perfum i passiflory. Perfekcyjne sesyjne Ale polecam

Bottle. Pours hazy orange, with a rocky head. Aroma is hoppy tropical notes of apricots, peaches, and some foresty herbal notes, as well as some sweet malty notes. Light to medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is bitter hoppy pine, orange peel, grapefruit and a nice hoppy touch, as well as a balancing malty back bone. Lingering bitter finish.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, stavanger. ABV is 4.6%, IBU 61. Slightly hazy deep golden colour, moderate to low white head. Hoppy aroma, notes of pine, spruce, mango, grapefruit. Medium dry, very hoppy and resinous flavour, notes of pine needle extract and grapefruit, hints of tropical fruits. Bitter finish

Fra flaske på Mi2, Cardinal april-16: lett uklar gylden med ok skum. Liflig duft av gran- og furuskudd, grapefrukt og noe fruktsødme. Deilig og lettdrikkelig med smak av mango og litt karamell i tillegg til de allerede nevnte elementer. Tørr avslutning, god.
