A slightly hazy bright pinkish red beer with a pinkish head. Aroma of dry tart red apples, red grapes, funk. Taste of red berries, red apples, apple skin, phenols, brett.

Deep purple with a small, fizzy pink hued head. Cherries, berry, tart, earthy, with bright lemon notes. Somewhat acidic though not too heavy handed. Full body with zesty carbonation. Finish has some deep wine notes layered under tart cherry, earth and apple skin. Dry finish. Really lovely stuff.

Purple color, small pink head. smells wine, berry notes, tannins, very nice smell. full body, bubbly carbonation. tastes Red wine, tannins, subtle berry notes, juicy. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of red wine, tannins and berry notes. Very nice one, very wine forward, at first a tad bubbly, heavy. But also really good

Clear ruby red beer, practically no head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty vinous, lots of red wine, a little fruity, grapeskin, a bit earthy, musty, damp, more vinous character, woody. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very funky, some cherries, a bit of raspberries, a little bitter, nice, clean acidity, malic acid, apple juice. Aftertaste: little bitter, fruity, cherries, more apple juice, cider, some red wine, a little bitter, red berries, nice stuff!
