Bottle from the late Erzbierschof, BB 07/28/16. Pours cloudy pale yellow. Aroma is funk, stables, light vinegar. Body is more wit than the nose, candy, fruit, good carbonation. Still mostly a light sour ale, incredibly drinkable. But a good one!

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is funky, grapes, fresh yeasts, tart. Taste is grapes, very tart, refreshing. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very good (though hardly a Wit).

Tap at J’s. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Light pear and yeast nose. Soft carbonation, lemon and a lingering tartness on the finish. Smooth with a touch of limeade on the end. Quite nice.

Sampled on draft at Tapped this beer poured a murky dark yellow color with a medium sized creamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was tart and citric with a bit of chalk, dry and funky with a hint of pineapple. The flavor was sweetish and tangy with tart lemon, mango and pineapple. Long finish. Medium body. Decent
