Spiced with orange peel & coriander, you’'ll find it refreshingly tart, with a wonderfully dry finish.

16 oz. can sent for review. Pours a light, very hazy yellow under a big puffy head. Smell is kind of light, just a notes more of lemony citrus. I guessing the orange peel keeps it from getting too fruity. The taste starts out with a mild tartness, more than in most bigger witbiers. There's only a slight note of coriander, as the citrus stays predominent. Wheat malt does not take over. Tartness just gets more prominent the further I go. Then some of the oak aging becomes part of the taste the rest of the way down.

Tap at Sunset. Wheaty, bit creamy, light sourness, bit of citrus. Vinous and berries. Bit of yoghurt. Interesting.

Bottle from the late Erzbierschof, BB 07/28/16. Pours cloudy pale yellow. Aroma is funk, stables, light vinegar. Body is more wit than the nose, candy, fruit, good carbonation. Still mostly a light sour ale, incredibly drinkable. But a good one!

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is funky, grapes, fresh yeasts, tart. Taste is grapes, very tart, refreshing. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very good (though hardly a Wit).

Bottle shared @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Giallo paglierino, torbida, opalescente, schiuma bianca media. Al naso sentori di frumento, stalla, cantina, spezie (coriandolo). In bocca è morbida, piacevolmente dolcina all'attacco con acidulo finale, rinfrescante, leggermente pepata. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione medio-leggera. Che buona!
