In the Barrel Aged Series, FoxTown Beer Crew wants to show how wood ageing can influence the flavour of a beer. Cask2023/03 is a Tawny Port cask where our Quad the Fox aged on for 7 months, complmenting the more dark and fruits flavours allready present in the base beer.
