El Puro is named after the rock tower in the Mallos de Riglos, a sacred place for climbers. It was the inspiration for this classic English-style brown ale crafted with Maris Otter, Windsor yeast, and East Kent Golding hops. This beer stands as a testament to tradition. On the palate, it reveals a character loaded with toasted aromas intertwined with caramel nuances, while maintaining both lightness and low carbonation that make it very easy to drink.
