Enkel is accessible craft beer based on the Medieval single cross beers. The brewers used less yeast to brew a lighter beer. After brewing Enkel, the brewers dryhop the beer by adding Ella and Mistral hops.

30 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Coop Culemborg. Clear golden with a white head. Grassy aroma with a light grainy touch. Sweet taste with a light body. Not bad but not a spectacular addition to the Hertog Jan gamma.
