Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of malt and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hops, alcohol, and over ripe fruits.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Theis. Pours a cloudy and opaque orangey brown with a creamy beige head. Aroma of fruit and sweet caramel. Quite full-bodied, sweetish fruit and syrupy accents. No bitterness. The alcohol is scaringly well hidden. 290509

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear BF 07. Brewed especially for the festival. Very deep ruby with lasting beige head. Sweet fruity aroma. Strong syrupy beer with liquorice and rice? Good fruit. Strong, syrupy, but rather good. Sticky. Good hop on finish.
