Bottle. According to the label, itβs pitch black, but itβs see through in the bottle. Well, I donβt expect a black beer then, and it turns out to be brown and clear, with a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma has a light touch of diacetyl, with coffee and chocolate and a pleasant hoppyness. Dry, medium bodied and smooth. Roasted malts, coffee and chocolate in the mouth. Roasted, caramel finish. A decent porter, but too British for my likings. I would like more flavor and complexity. 111126
