On tap at the brewpub. A firm, off-white head sits over a hazy dark orange body. Cute lacings. Passion fruit, peaches and some pine cones in the aroma. One can also sense the sweetness. Malty sweetness and loads of peaches and passion fruit in the flavor. I’d like more bitterness, both initially and in the end. Full body, pleasant carbonation. Lasting finish with too much sweetness for my liking. Certainly a nice beer, but even though it’s a DIPA, I think it’s too sweet. Wouldn’t mind drinking more of out though. 130226

On tap @ the brewpub. Pretty clear, dark orange body with a nice off-white head. Strong aroma of citric fruit, some pine and caramel malt. Flavor is sweet, quite malty, fruity and bitter with citric and pine. A fine body and a pleasant bitter aftertaste. A damn good and tasty IPA.

Pours hazy deep golden/amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, grape, orange, pineapple and peach. Taste is medium sweet and medium to heavy bitter with a long tropical fruity and bitter finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
