Bottle from Bernie’s Real Ale Off License, Solihull. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white long-lasting head. The aroma is yeast, tropical fruit, hop. The flavour is medium to light bitter with a woody fruit hop palate and a short bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Flaske 0,5l fra Vinmonopolet, bestillingsutvalget. Drukket hjemme 11 Jun 13. Gyldenbrun. Pent luftig skum som varer en stund. Litt lacing. Aroma av gress. Smaken behagelig. Svakt syrlig malt men antydning til frukt. Fin balanse. Avslutter litt tørt & bittert. Moreish. KI=7

Bottle. A medium sized off-white head sits on top of a clear, golden body. The aroma is quite hayish (sic!), with pale malts and some fruityness. Not very exciting I say. The same goes for the flavor, but at least there’s some bitterness to raise my interest. Medium to full body with a pleasant carbonation level. Overall, an easy drinkable beer without any flaws, but it’s utterly boring. Definitely not an all-nighter. 130508

Biggish pale beige head. Clear amber body with light carbonation. Grainy perfumy orange marmalade aroma with earthy notes. Dry-sweet earthy orange marmalade taste with caramelly notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish orange marmalade and flowers aftertaste with strawy fruity notes. Nice, drinkable, a bit odd. (0.5l bottle, from wine monopoly, Vika, Oslo.)

500ml bottle from Vinmonopolet bestillingsutvalget. Clear golden-brown body under a firm, beige head, fine duration and leaving rings of lace down the glass. Smooth taste of leafy hops and caramel malts. Fine balanced taste character of brittle caramel and leafy hops. Rounded malt bitter finish. Medium bodied. Excellent drinkability (Tromsø 14.06.2013).
