Bottle shated thanks to Thijs. Hazy amber. Quite funky, oak, vanilla, plums, grapes, wheat, white wine. Medium seeet and sour. Over medium bodied. Yum.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of jammy, lightly tart plums and a nice buggy depth. Flavour is tart and dry, with plenty of dry, almost tannic plums, a nice dry bugginess, and a touch of barnyard. Jammy and funky, with a very dry finish. Excellent.

Bottle pour at BeerGeek Bar. Pours murky gold with a white head. Nose has sour notes and plenty of old wood. Flavour has plenty of tart citrus, old wood, dry and herbal finish. Very nice.

Bottled 12.01.2024. amber rather hazy color, medium big white head. smells stone fruits, marzipan, light tobacco, bubblegum, parfumy, some exotic fruits. very nice smell. full body, carbonation on the bubbly side. tastes stone fruits, plums, rather juicy, exotic fruits, subtle berry notes, lime, bit citric, light tobacco. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of lime, plums and light tobacco notes. lovely, super smooth

Zachtzurig aroma van karnemelk en hout en funkiness, in de smaak is get een stuk scherper, ook in de afdronk komt het af en toe weer eens naar boven en blijft lng hangen, en daar ben ik nou net niet weg van, zure pruimen, laat het bij 1 glas
