Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of jammy, lightly tart plums and a nice buggy depth. Flavour is tart and dry, with plenty of dry, almost tannic plums, a nice dry bugginess, and a touch of barnyard. Jammy and funky, with a very dry finish. Excellent.

Bottle pour at BeerGeek Bar. Pours murky gold with a white head. Nose has sour notes and plenty of old wood. Flavour has plenty of tart citrus, old wood, dry and herbal finish. Very nice.
