Bottle. An unclear, orange-colored beer with more or less no head. Some white bubbles. Oranges and clementine zest on the nose. Some pale malts, wheat and coriander seed hints. It’s medium bodied and soft on the palate, with a decent carbonation level. Some resemlance of witbier in the flavor too, with an overdose of oranges. A decent one, but way too one-dimensional. 150124

Bottle. Pours opaque bright yellow with small white head. Aroma is medium sour with notes of yoghurt, yeast, bread, old clothes, cloves, nutmeg and rooibos. Taste is medium to very sweet, light acidic and faint bitter. Body is milky with fine, velvety carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet and dominated by notes of mandarin, but also lemon or pineapple soda, cloves, yoghurt and banana. Refreshingly different Christmas beer, but perhaps a bit too sweet in the long run.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque pale yellow with a small, white head. Some tart orange aromas. Light body, odd medicinal notes, bitter orange and some yeast. Not so shit hot I’m afraid. 271214

Tap at Christian Firtal. Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Fruity citrus aroma with a malty note and a hint of sulphur. Sweet fruity flavour with bread and straw. Too sweet to be really drinkable
