Music is the muse for many things, including this beer.
Brewed un-cut and un-edited in ‘single-take’ batches, this Belgian-yeast fermented Session Ale is playful, effervescent and wonderfully aromatic.

Keg at Harajuku taproom. Slightly cloudy pale yellow colour with small white head. Aroma is yeasty, bit Orval like but not as funky, and a bit saison like. Also a touch of lemon and orange. Taste is nice and fruity and ultra drinkable. Feels very pleasant in the mouth. Slightly bittter finish. Lovely!

Keg at Skaal, CPH, 11/11/17. Clear golden copper with a decent off white cap that retains well. Nose is bready, citric peel, straw, grains, biscuit. Taste comprises lime leaf, grassy bite, earthy fruits, toasted grains, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for the style.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours very hazy orange gold with a white head. Aroma of pale stone fruit, yeast, rye, and a touch of citrus. Med body. Flavor is rather fruity for a Belgian. But it’s also a bit Nobly spicy with some earthiness. I’m thinking this is underrated because it is “unusual”. I’m finding it reasonably dry, and not all that bitter. A very different Belgian, but much more pleasing than some of those ales from Belgium. Especially nice for a sessionable ale.
