Bottle shared by Cunningham. Very nice grandma garden apple character, even if it feels kinda unfermented in flavour. Taste-wise there is med-light sweetness, hint of tartness and sourness. Light cinnamon. Good one.

Shared Bottle from Cunningham, many Thanks man. Golden color with small white head. Aroma is apple, light clove, strudel. Taste is semi sweet with clear apples, peel, clove. Good.

0,5 flaske fra Sola taxfree, delt med Kitty: gylden med bruseskum. Behagelig eplearoma og -smak, lett perlende og passe søt. En smule vandig, men med ok ettersmak.

Nesten klar gyllen med hvitt skum. Lukter modne epler, gjær. Søt og smak av epler og eplestein.

0.5l bottle. Oh, it's definitely one of them loud ones this! It wants out of the bottle also! A loud fizzing white head over a cloudy darkish golden colored body. Smells quite nice actually. Mild apply vanilla pie, green acidity, some dusty dry hints. Nice champagne sweetness also. Yeah, I really like this aroma. It's as expected really high on the bubbles, big bubbled and thin oily in the texture, but this works well in a cider. Dusty and dryer in the tastes. Nice breakfast apple juice, you notice that there's a little bit of alcohol in this one. Earthy red apples and apple skin. Smells really nice, tastes absolutely decent making a good overall impression. 08.08.2015

Bottle. It’s a llightly hazy golden beer with some white bubbles on top. Lightly funky, in a good way, with apples and apple cores. Too much yeast. It’s medium to full-bodied, dry and with a nice carbonation. Some yeast in the flavor too, it’s lightly tart, with apples, some grass and a funky hint. All lasting for a while. Too yeasty this one, but sure decent. 160504

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of apple and bakers yeast. Taste is light sweet and light sour with a long dry, funky, apple and yeasty finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is fizzy

500 ml bottle, as Balholm Handverk Cider Økologisk, from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat. ABV is 6%. Golden colour, pours very sparkling with the largest white head I’ve seen in any cider - and it takes quite a while to disappear completely. Aroma of cider apples, perfume, sulphur and smelly socks. Dry flavour, light bodied for a 6% cider, but fairly crisp and refreshing. Not a cider I’ll spend money on again, though.

Fonefan 110415. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour is apple, yeast, fruit, sourness, hint of sugar. Nice cider.
