Bottle 500ml. [ As AleBrowar Golden Monk ].Clear medium yellow amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a long duration, wheat, hoppy, citrus, fruity, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160205]

Bottled at Celibar, Warsaw. Clear amber, small head. Marzipan and elderflowers up front. Mid sweet with solid body and rounded mouthfeel. Some bread and marmalade, citrusy elderflowers. Mid bitter finish.

50cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy dark amber colour with a mid-sized creamy beige head. Aroma of yeast and dry red fruits. Taste of fruity hops, red berries, red malt, caramel, yeast, nice!!

Barwa ciemnobursztynowa, lekkie zmętnienie, piana niezbyt obfita, ale utrzymuje się . W aromacie dominacja nut chmielowych, przede wszystkim żywice, trochę cytrusów, bardzo intensywny. W smaku spora bazowa słodycz, jak przystało na AleBrowar, dalej nuty chmielowe, głównie żywice wraz z zaznaczonymi nutami fenolowymi, belgijskimi, przyprawowymi. Goryczka średnia, dość długa, sporo ciała, alkohol dobrze ukryty, wysycenie średnie, pijalność nienajwyższa, głównie za sprawą nut belgijskich, niezły balans. Kolejne udane piwo z AleBrowaru, godne polecenia.

Tap (VI FDP). Barwa bursztynowa, piana jasno-bezowa, kremowa, niezbyt obfita ale delikatnie oblepiajaca szklo. Aromat niezbyt intensywny, delikatnie chmielowy z nutami kwiatowymi, owocowymi, nic specjalnego. Tresciwe, slodkawe z wyrazna goryczka, troche zalegajaca. Wyczuwalne nuty slodu ciemnego i alkoholu, ktory troche piecze w przelyku i rozgrzewa od srodka. Przyzwoita IPA.

0,5L bottle (from Špunka, Tallinn), BB 25.02.2015. Pours dark amber with off-white head. The head stays for some time. Aroma is sweet, fresh fruits, yeast, some boiled potatoes. Flavor is sweet and bitter, fresh fruits, malt, citrus. Finish is grapefruit bitter. Body is on the thin side. Overall: feels like hoppy Saison Dupont, which is of course a good thing. Great brew.
