Vi treffer målstreken i fin stil og med feltet beundringsverdig samlet etter mange gode øl på denne sommeravslutningen for Mi2 og blir belønnet med 2 cidere fra NØ (0,7-flasker). Klar gylden med lett perlende munnføelse. epler og hint av stall, mildt krydret. Easy drinking.

Clear golden, small white head. Rich aroma of yellow apples. Taste is a little watery, but pleasant.

Bottle. Almost clear golden with a small, disappearing white head. Aroma is apple with a hint of yeast and funk. Taste is dry apple, hint of yeast and slightly funky. Medium body and a bit short in aftertaste. Nice and refreshing session cider, but as most ciders below 6% ABV something is missing, need some more punch.

Bottle. (thanks SirLimpsalot) Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of apples, some yeast and light funk. The same in the taste. The body was light and the finish dry.

Small bubbly mediumlasting head, hazy yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry funky fruity, ripe sour apples, hay, yeast, sorrel, apple peel, apple cores, grass, flowers. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, sour apples, yeast, apple peel, citrus acid, grass, unripe berries. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice, easy drinking.

Bottle, 75cl. An unclear, still, orange colored cider with a minimal sized rim of bubbles. Fresh apples, some autumn evening orchard notes, grass, funky notes, barnyard, cellar and yeast. It's medium bodied and dry on the palate, quite tart, with a light lemon juice hint. Flat. Funky, apple-dominated flavor with grass and yeast. Cellar, barnyard and even some damp cardboard hints. Lasting apple driven finish with a good funkyness. A pleasant, quenching and tasteful cider I'll definitely have again. 180516

Shared bottle at Vaaland Bryghuus 12.05.18. Translucent yellow. Not much head. Complex aroma and taste of leather, bitter apple zest, red apples and a hint of sulphur. Astringent mouthfeel.
