Clear glass bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a clear golden. Distinct apple aroma, syrupy. Rich, sweet and fatty but an underlying tartness creeps up on you. Warming alcohol finish. Lovely if not overwhelmingly complex. 171125

Bottle. 2021 vintage. A clear, deep golden oily pour with no head. Intense apple aroma, caramel, alcohol, grass, apple cores and apple juice. Full body, sweet, lightly warming and smooth. No carbonation. Oily. Apple juice, apple jam, apple cores, overripe apple and some grass and alcohol in the flavor. Lasting finish. Nice indeed, but it lacks a bit on complexity and intensity I think. 250314

Sample from bottle at Frösö Park. Absolutely gorgeous aroma. Sweet Sweet apple but rather mature. Strong abv in the aroma.. light gold. Extremely sweet cider taste. If too much.
