Bottle. 2021 vintage. A clear, deep golden oily pour with no head. Intense apple aroma, caramel, alcohol, grass, apple cores and apple juice. Full body, sweet, lightly warming and smooth. No carbonation. Oily. Apple juice, apple jam, apple cores, overripe apple and some grass and alcohol in the flavor. Lasting finish. Nice indeed, but it lacks a bit on complexity and intensity I think. 250314

YG. Deep golden color with no head. Aroma and flavor is apple, alcohol, sugar, caramel, apple core, grass. Nice.

Sample from bottle at Frösö Park. Absolutely gorgeous aroma. Sweet Sweet apple but rather mature. Strong abv in the aroma.. light gold. Extremely sweet cider taste. If too much.

Sample from bottle at Alexander Wines Spring Tasting in Glasgow. Appearance - golden, viscous! Nose - luscious apple, with a pine note lurking. Then honeysuckle and sweet spice. Taste - apple and sweet spice. Luscious again. Palate - medium bodied, sweet, but still retains some freshness. Overall - lovely stuff!

25cl at the London Cider Company, Borough Market. Aroma is boozy and fruity. Clear amber. No head. Very sweet but with a roasted apple soyr streak. Medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish.

(Bottle, labeled 35°Brix 2015, 11.5%) Reddish mahogany colour with no head. Fruity, vinous nose with notes of red apples, calvados, balsamic vinegar and pink grapefruit. Fruity, vinous, tart taste with tart red apples, calvados, wood, blood orange, balsamic vinegar, syrup, hints of sweet mead and a sweet and slightly tart finish. Full body, sweet. Tasty and warming ice cider with hints of tart apples and calvados. Very nice.
