Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, orange and coriander. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long caramel, orange and coriander finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

On the Brewpub 180817. Pale golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is yeast, spices, coriander, malt. Flavor is yeast, malt, fruit, wheat, coriander. Easy drinkable beer.

Tap @ the brewpub. Slightly unclear pale, yellow golden body with a small white head. Aroma is light fruity in a general way with some pale malt and a floral touch. Flavor is moderate sweet, pale malt, light fruity like aroma, low bitterness and again something floral with a tiny hint of lemon. Medium body and OK aftertaste. No typical wit aroma here like banana, clove, esters and coriander, the flavor is also different from what to suspect from a wit. Less sweeter, cleaner and more crisp. Not a bad beer at all, quite refreshing but not even close to what I will recognize as a wit.

On tap at the brewpub. A straw to golden colored beer with a diminishing finger thick white head. Lacing. Rather malty aroma with a generic fruityness. Some lemony notes, but not much, if any, coriander detected. It’s smooth on the palate, medium bodied and semi dry. Some sweetness in the flavor, with fruityness dominating. Long fruity finish. Well... Not my kind of wit. 170817
