Can from the lcbo. Clear yellow pour, with a large white head. Very catty aroma, green hop cones, light pine. Good mouth feel, and carb. Finish is low to medium bitter, with more catty hop cones flavour..

This APA poured a hazy, lighter yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include citrus, pineapple, light resin and malt. First swig was a little happier than I like but still drinkable. Flavours of hops, citrus, pine and maybe light toast. Finish is bitter with citrus flavours lingering.

Clean golden colour with a big white cap, frothy, lightly bubbly, with good retention and some nice foamy lacing. The nose is pretty sweet with the malts, not really feeling the APA, but more like a lager. Let's see where this goes. Mild hops do come out to blend this a little. The taste is thankfully not as sweet with the hops taking a bit over the cereal malts. A decent pale ale, not as American as most today - a tip to the APAs of 20 years ago.
