Nøgne Ø Mirage is a blend of new and old beer fermented on our oak barrels. Crush dry and balanced, with a full mouthfeel. Complex taste of citrus, sour apricot, grape, grass, grain, umami and vinegar. Brewed with Norwegian grain: barley malt from Ringsaker, raw wheat from Landvik and oatmeal from Stangeland Mill.

8-3-8-4-16 On tap @ Bergen Craft Beer Fest 23. Pours dark golden, with a tiny creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity notes of hay, fruity brett with apples and plums, as well as stone fruits, tannins and wooden barrels. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart notes of hay, bretty notes of apples, grapes and grainy notes with caramels, as well as tannins and wooden barrels.

0,75 flaske delt med Kitty: nesten helt klar gylden med ok skum. Mmm, sier Kitty - er dette belgisk, og det er en god kommentar. Innimellom aprikoser, stikkelsbær, grønne druer, vanilje og hvitvinseddik kjenner jeg faktisk en deilig maltsmak. Kompleks, forfriskende og i det hele tatt et superb brygg, en velgjører for tørste vandrere.

Bottled 750ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Bottle No. 1566/2300. Unclear yellow coloured, small to medium sized white head, bready fruity and light vinegar in the nose. Bready, cereals, light citrusy and fruity with notes of vinegar and acidic finish. Interesting.
