Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, hay, sour apples, grass, yeast, minerals, sorrel, flowers, hints of yellow apples. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, citrus, apple peel, sour apples, brett, grass, flowers, hints of yellow apples. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

YG 050820. Pale golden color with a white head. Aroma is apple, sourness. Flavor is apple, sourness, grass. Easy drinkable cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked. An almost clear pale yellow colored cider, sparkling but headless. The aroma is pleasant, but a bit weak I think. Fresh apples, grass notes, apple jam, some apple cores and even a hint of overripe pears. It's medium to full-bodied, softly carbonated and with a light sourness. Fresh apples, apple core hints and a touch of grass in the flavor, which by the way feels less complex than the aroma. Long apple finish. An easy drinkable one, tasteful and refreshing too, but I'd like more complexity in the flavor. As a drinking cider it works just fine though. 200805
