Birra speciale, nata dall’incontro del mosto di Birra e del mosto di Uva Sangiovese. Due opposti che si attraggono e si uniscono in una bevanda di media alcolicità e corpo, dal colore rosa antico e finale secco. Al naso e in bocca esplodono gli aromi di frutti rossi, la viola e un effimero sentore di spezie, ben bilanciato da una acidità gentile, che ne amplifica la freschezza.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sour. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Al gusto vengono donati toni di zuccherino, miele, spezie, vinoso, agrumi e arancia amara.

On tap at eretici beer festival. Aroma is so fruity, vinous, light acidity, red berries. Medium body. Flavour is malty, light sweetness that is counterbalanced by a lovely acidity. So vinous, the sangiovese comes out beautifully. An amazing IGA.

Draught at Baladin Open, Rome. Cloudy, deep gold to light orange colored. AROMA- fermented apple must, medlar. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, slightly bitter, apple must, medlar. Medium to fuller bodied. Tasty. But red grapes?

YG 270720. Red golden color with a white head. Aroma is earth, grapes. Flavor is earth, fruit, malt, grapes, grass, herbs. OK beer.

Bottle. An unclear pale copper colored beer with a white head. The aroma has grapes, pale malts, grass hints, a herbal touch and some generic fruityness. It's full to medium bodied, softly carbonated, with flavors of red grapes, herb notes and some grass and pale malts. Long finish. A bit strange this one. 200727
