Solsletta 311221. Bottle as Sørlandsparken jul. Brown color with a beige head. Aroma is yeast, bread, chocolate. Flavor is yeast, bread, chocolate, grain, toffee, dried fruit, spices. Bitter finish. Boring beer.

Bottle. As Sørlandsparken Jul. A mostly clear light brown colored beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is malty and bready, with chocolate, grains, some toffee and prunes. It's medium to full-bodied, nicely carbonated and not too sweet, but there's a touch of garbage-like sourness in the back that ruins the drinking experience. Toffee, dark dried fruits, bread crust hints, some chocolate and a very light spicyness. Lasting finish with the chocolate more pronounced. Couldn't finish this one, even though it's mostly an acceptable beer. 211231
