On tap at Håndverkeren. It pours an unclear straw colored body under a dense, finger thick white head. Nice lacing. The aroma is fruity, with a very light yeast hint and some spiced notes. Apple, orange hints, pale malts, bread, grass and some hay. Vague notes of banana. It's full bodied, nicely carbonated and quite dry, yet with a touch of white sugar. Some alcohol warmth too, feeling more pronounced in the mouth than on the nose. Fresh fruit, some peppery, faintly chalky yeast, grass and hay, pale malts and alcohol in the flavor, with some fruity sugar. Lasting warning and fruity finish. Except the yeasty touch, a very nice brew indeed. 211119

Tap @ Håndverkeren. Slightly unclear golden body under a fine, dense white head. Aroma has pale malt, a hint of honey and yeast with a hint of some kind of smell that feels like something is not quite right. Taste has light, pale malt, some citric fruit, yeast and the same kind of off flavor, not able to put my finger on what it is, might have something to do with DMS but it’s not quite there as I recognize it. Moderate bitterness. Medium body and more then less the same aftertaste. Not very exciting, but could have been quite all right if it didn’t have this off flavor. Not totally off but not great either.
