Nice fizzy shortlasting head, clear straw colored. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, yellow apples, grass, flowers, hay, apple peel, leafs, minerals, apple cores, sour apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, yellow apples, hay, sorrel, apple peel, minerals, flowers, sour apples, grass, apple cores, bark. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of apple and funk. Taste is light sweet and light sour with a long funky and apple finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft to fizzy

Sample kindly provided by gunnfryd. Pale golden to straw yellow body with moderate carbonation and practically no head. Nice, clean but mild apple aroma, hint of acidity. Taste is light and fresh with sweet and sour apple without any off flavors. Medium body and slightly acidic apple aftertaste. Not much going on, but OK cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked. 2020 vintage. A clear pale straw colored cider with some carbonation. Pleasant apple aroma, with some green grapes and grass. Melon hints. It's pleasantly carbonated, dry and medium to full-bodied, with a very clean apple flavor. Some grass, grapes and alcohol. Medium length finish. Tasteful and easy drinkable, although not very complex. 211106
