Klar gul med bobler. Lukter eple og sitrus. Frisk. Smaker søtsyrlige epler og litt pære. Godt med kullsyre. Noe tørr i avslutningen.

09.05.2022, 0,75l bottle (2020 vintage) @ home:
Nice fizzy shortlasting head, clear golden color. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, apple cores, hay, apple peel, ripe apples, grass, minerals, flowers, hints of alcohol. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sorrel, apple peel, minerals, alcohol, unripe apples, hay, bark, flowers, leafs. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly boozy and harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Bottle, 75cl, provided by Bryne. A clear one, straw colored, with a few white bubbles on top. The aroma is dominated by fresh apples, with some notes of grass, plums and hay. A touch of berries too. A bit straight forward, but clean and tasteful. It's full-bodied, pleasantly sourish, dry and with some tartness and astringency. Some Co2 too. The flavor has fresh apples dominating, with grass notes, some berry hints, apple jam, some apple tart and a faint nutty hint. Long semi-tart finish dominated by fresh apple. A nice one indeed, interesting flavors, but perhaps a bit sweet, although the cidery says it's a dry one. 210921

750 ml clear bottle, vintage 2020, from the cidery. ABV is 8.5%. Crystal clear and very pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived white head. Strong "perfumed" aroma of sweet eating apples. Possibly Rubinstep? (Their n/a apple juice is from that apple variety.) Fairly light bodied for its strength. Medium dry, crisp and refreshing apple flavour. Might well buy again.
