Milk, lemon, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with nice head. Mildly sweet lemon, creamy biscuit malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Solid.

16 oz draft. Shows a clear golden color. Flavor has malt with a little bit of biscuit and yeast. Very mild sweetness with a light body. Reminds me of my grandpappy’s Genesee.

Can. Pours clear golden with foamy white head, sweetish hay aroma, high carbonation, lightly yeasty malt taste, thin body, abrupt finish. Clean but not very remarkable.

Slightly hazy golden and light copper coloured body, with a nice, three centimetre tall pure white head on top that fades quite quickly. Aroma of pale malt, some cardboard, lactose and a dose of yeast and bread, all with a light corn aroma and a dash of grain. Light to Medium-bodied; Assertive grain and malty flavours at first with some earthiness noticeable along with a smooth sweetness, showing lactose and sugars from canned corn. Aftertaste is a bit underwhelming with a hint of grass, coupled with a lot more lactose, grain, canned corn and dry earthy malts. Overall, a decent cream ale, but showing a bit too much pungency and astringency at first, but the concept is about right here, plus it was in a nice can, which helps. If you are a fan of the style or something different than the typical IPA, this might be a good option for you! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint can purchased from New Beer Distributors in New York, New York on 02-July-2016 for US$2,75 sampled at home in Washington on the Fourth of July, 2017 for my three beer celebration - red/white/blue, and this was sampled as my ’White’.

The Sampler, Brooklyn can: pours light gold white head. Aroma is lightly hoppy with many pale malts. Taste is like a golden ale that is on the hoppier end. Still it is very smooth. Easy to drink. Body is not too light. Kind of grainy. Not bad.

16oz can at home from my Secret Santa, big thanks. orange almost clear color, small white head. smells lightly sweet, citric, tobacco, belgian yeast like notes, lightly fruity, nice smell. light body, soft pearly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes a bit sweet, citric, light belgian yeasty again, tobacco, some herbs. finishes lightly dry with some citric and herbal notes. decent stuff, drinks quite easy overall not very special though. refreshing.
