Superficial sample from Gunnfryds ticker party. Beautiful, almost clear, deep red body without any head. Strong, intense aroma of honey, raspberries and blackberry. Taste is sticky sweet fruit/red berries juice. Fine body with long lasting aftertaste of sweet berries and fruit juice. The look and aroma are nice, but the taste is just a sweet mess of red berries and fruit juice. No complexity, no dept and all the juice is more then less killing the taste of honey. Not a mead for my taste.

Bottle. An unclear reddish brown mead, still and oily. Spiced aroma with berries, vanilla and heather. Close to Kongen av Danmark candy. Camphor, mint and raspberry. It's full-bodied, oily and lightly warming. Loads of berry in the flavor, blackberry, but mostly raspberry. Vanilla, heather, lemon notes and some camphor and mint. Lasting finish. Strange aroma, typical Marlobobo flavor. A bit too flowery. 230422

Pours hazy red with no head. Aroma has notes of honey, berries, alcohol and vanilla. Taste is heavy sweet with a long warm, blackberry, vanilla and tart finish. Body is full, texture is sticky, no carbonation.
