Draught@TCBW2023. Hazy red colour with a mediumsized pinkish head. Aroma is raspberries, some redcurrant, mild grapes and some slight wooden tones. Flavour is raspberries, some slight funky and tart tones with mild wood and some slight acidity as well. Nicely balanced.

8-3-7-4-15 Bottle, 20/21, 16 months after bottling. Pours slightly hazy red, with a small creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity notes of raspberries, currants and forrest berries, as well as notes of lemon, vanilla and musty fruity minerals. Light to medium body, with fizzy carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes with currants, raspberry candy and notes of lemon, as well as grapes and musty fruity minerals.
