Small fizzy mediumlasting head, cloudy reddish orangy color. Aroma is slightly dry funky fruity, sour dusty apples, brett, oak, sorrel, apple cores, flowers, berry skin, herbs, sour berries. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sour dusty apples, grass, flowers, hay, herbs, minerals, brett, berry skin, bark, sour berries. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Klar lys rød med en liten skumring. Lukter epler , gjær og en anelse kirsebær. Tørr i munnfølelse. Modne epler og bær.

YG 310323. Red golden color with a small white head. Aroma is apple, funk, cherries. Flavor is apples, funk, cherries, lemon. Interesting cider.

Bottle, 75cl. A lightly foggy deep rose-gold colored cider with a thin white head. The aroma is lightly funky, with cherry running the show. Apple juice, lemon, leather, barnyard and apple jam. It's tart and medium bodied, nicely carbonated, with a flavor mixing cherry and apple juice in a quite nice way. Funky, lemony and very lightly earthy, with a quite grassy finish. A bit sickening after 10-15 cl, but an interesting cider anyway. 230331
