Proeverij bij de brouwerij in Lille. Redelijk bitter. Hefe-achtig. Niet verkeerd. (12-2013).

Ottawa brewpub and restaurant. Pours a cloudy golden colour with a small white head and not much lacing. Spicy nose with the coriander and notes of oranges. Same for the taste but milder. Belgian Ale yeast comes out eventually with the food. Very light tart mouthfeel from the yeast. This is a refreshing citrusy witbier, on the light side, which makes this decent for hot summer days.

En fût au 3 Brasseurs Ste-Catherine. Couleur paille trouble, mousse blanche. Arôme de malt, citron léger. Goût de citron, grains de coriandre léger, un peu d’acidité. Carbonation faible, corps moyen-faible.

Sampler from brewpub Reims as Les 3 Brasseurs Blanche. Hazy yellow coloured, small to medium sized white head, lively carbonation, hint of lemon in the nose. Weak wheaty, lemony and mild coriander taste with short and pretty watery finish. Not bad but...

Tap at 3 Brasseurs, Vieux Montreal - 04/03/12. Cloudy golden with a small white head. Wheat, yeast, a little sourness and a touch of citrus on the nose. Taste as nose with a little spice and corriander and you can pick out lemon. Medium body for the style with prickly carbonation. Average.

It’s better than hoegaarden but it ain’t much. It’s kind of got a light wheat taste, some yeast. A tiny bit of citrus. Some grainy bitterness at the end. Some kind of sudsy carbonation. On tap at brewpub

Draft at the Lyon location. An unclear yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of coriander and wheat as well as lighter notes of lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat and coriander as well as lighter notes of dusty hops, leady to a dry hay-like finish. The body is light. Boring.

26/12/2011 75cl bottle "3 Brasseurs Blanche" from 3 Brasseurs Paris Saint-Denis, brewed and bottled at 3 Brasseurs Eragny @ Akke's place - BB: 17/1/12 (2011-730) Thanks to Akke for sharing the bottle!

Cloudy straw yellow beer, creamy big white head, a bit stable, adhesive. Aroma: pretty spicy, coriander, bit sour, wheaty, sweet touch as well. MF: way too much carbon, light body. Taste: citrus, bit chemical, dirty malts. Aftertaste: watery, bit chemical. Very light, lacking flavour, an insult for the style. :p

Draught at the brewpub in Lille, hazy yellow body, white thick head. Light yeasty, some white grapes. Light sweetish subtle lactic aroma, nothing more than that. Very very light bitterness near the end kinda going to a bubble gum. More a wheat ale than a Belgian Wit. Drinkable but far from flashy.
