Yellow colour small white head. Aroma is floral, some citrus and some brut tones. Flavour is tart citrus with some mild wooden and herbal tones. Quite one dimensional, and rather boring.

Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, old lawn, sorrel, minerals, leafs, winegum, light malts, citrus peel, flowers, soda powder. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, sorrel, citrus peel, unripe berries, leafs, herbs, minerals, light malts, bark. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Uklar lys gul med hvitt skum som varer og henger i glassveggen. Smaker og lukter sitrusfrukter. Noe tørr i munnfølelse. Kort og lit kjedelig.

200ml, draught, sample tray at Apollon Tønsberg. A tiny white head leaving lacing rings down the glass, clear late straw coloured body. Quite promising citric nose, ripe lemon to the fore. Hop fruity taste with lemon and orange, mild tartness to it. Lingering aftertaste of mid-tart citrus. Quite alright. (Tønsberg, 15.08.2024).
