Mirage 4 er en blend av flere årganger av villgjæret øl modnet på eikefat. Halvtørr og balansert, og med en fyldig munnfølelse. Kompleks smak av multer, sitrus, syrlig aprikos, drue, gress, korn, umami og balsamico. Brygget med norsk kornmalt.

Patricks 180424. Golden-orange color with a small white head. Aroma is sourness, vinegar, oak, apricot, citrus, funk. Flavor is oak , apricot, citrus, funk, sourness, vinegar,, grape, grain, alcohol, berries. Very nice beer.

On tap at Patricks. A lightly foggy golden colored beer with a minimalistic white head. The aroma has a touch of higher alcohols at first, soon mellowing, with melon, berries and peach fruityness. Some malt hints. Leathery, barnyardish funk, some pale malts. It's tart and dry on the palate, nicely carbonated. The flavor has a funky touch of hay and barnyard, with berries, peach and some melon. Lasting funky, acidic finish. A bit young perhaps, but nice indeed. 240418
