Laptops perched in the brewhouse, video meetings filled with laughs— this virtual collab with BLVD Brewing packs a bold introduction. One & Dunn was brewed with a traditional triple mash technique before successive aging in hand-selected premium rye whiskey barrels. Pouring with a thick body, this imperial stout boasts big, rye oak barrel character balanced with notes of roasted malt and dark chocolate. Make room in your cellar; this just might not be One & Dunn after all.

(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm, 20 Aug 2024) Black colour with brief, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with coffee, dark chocolate, rye whiskey, oak wood and liquorice. Malty, roasted taste with notes of espresso, dark chocolate, cacao, liquorice, soy sauce, rye whiskey, oak wood and a balanced coffee bitterness in a vinous and warming finish with a light whiskey kick. Full body, oily mouthfeel. Quite sweet. Rich, sweet and powerful with lots of coffee and dark chocolate and a generous whiskey touch. Great beer!

Tap. Pours clear reddish black, minimal head or lacing. Aroma is cocoa, bourbon, vanilla, fudge, liqueur, parabola-esque. Medium plus body, silky mouthfeel. The bruery is totally capable of excellence. Why do they play with pastry shit so much?
