Poured unclear and orange in color.
Mango puree with some apricot and tropical fruits. Slight sourness if you look closely.

Hazy golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is nectary, some tartness with mild spruce and some slight spruce tones. Flavour is floral, some citeus and mild grassy and earthy tones. Tart finish.

Sjøen 100224. Orange color with off-white bubbles. Aroma is berries, citrus, lemon, sourness. Flavor is berries, fruit, citrus, lemon, vanilla, pineapple, passionfruit, peaches, souurness. Nice beer.

Can. An unclear orange colored beer with some off-white bubbles on top. Chunky lacing. The aroma is sourish and tropical-fruity, with some woody hints. Mango, passionfruit. It’s chewy on the palate, sour and tart, with some kind of carbonation. Mango, passionfruit and some grapefruit and orange in the flavor. Long finish. Nice indeed, but better served as a breakfast juice than as anything else. Think I like it. 231125

Notater fra 7 Fjells særdeles hyggelige juleølfestival nov-23, hvor alle øl ble servert fra fat: uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Aprikos, ananas, fersken, granateplekjerner og pasjonsfrukt. En frisk og syrlig ganerenser, svært betimelig nå mot slutten av kvelden.
