Borefts 2024. A slightly hazy orange golden beer with a white head. Aroma of tart red berries, cherries, strawberries. Taste of sour plums, some spices, grapes, brett.

A: hazy red, small, foamy, pink head.
A: fermenting plum, nectarine, wood, sherry, red grape.
T: sour plum, nectarine & redcurrant, wood, lactic acid.
F: tart plum & stone fruit, bit yoghurty, woody tannins.
P: medimu body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Intense, very enjoyable.

Plum and sharp grapefruit that quickly overrides the plum on a close second wave of flavour. Dark plum like brownish purple pour with some soap bubbles. Light tangy finish. Light tart finish. Tap at Churchkey.

Sample at the roost. How TF did they get this? Clear orange, creamy white head. Nose has plum and rose wine and some sherry. Neutral barrel. Flavor is lemony, sour orange, cranberry, plum. Medium acid, full bodied.

27/VI/24 - on tap @ DOK Brewing Company (Gent), BB: n/a (2024-445)

Clear orange amber beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, sourish impression, funky, very very fruity, lots of plums, herbal touch, floral notes, some lavender. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: gentle acidity, fruity, lots of ripe plums, a hint of tannins, little bitterness, zesty, lemony, woody touch. Aftertaste: pretty dry, very clean and pleasant acidity, wood notes, very fruity, almost sweet in the finish, lovely stuff, very nice!

From draft shared at Arrogant Sour Fest, Reggio Emilia. Vintage . Red/brown color, small white head. smells subtle plums, plum liqueur, malty, nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes plums, grassy, earthy citric, salty, plum liquor. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of salt, citric and plum notes . Very nice one, very interesting one
