Plum and sharp grapefruit that quickly overrides the plum on a close second wave of flavour. Dark plum like brownish purple pour with some soap bubbles. Light tangy finish. Light tart finish. Tap at Churchkey.

27/VI/24 - on tap @ DOK Brewing Company (Gent), BB: n/a (2024-445)
Clear orange amber beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, sourish impression, funky, very very fruity, lots of plums, herbal touch, floral notes, some lavender. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: gentle acidity, fruity, lots of ripe plums, a hint of tannins, little bitterness, zesty, lemony, woody touch. Aftertaste: pretty dry, very clean and pleasant acidity, wood notes, very fruity, almost sweet in the finish, lovely stuff, very nice!
