Bottle at Rassia tasting. Clear golden with brief head. Green grapes, apple, dry with some minerality and apple skin. Slight tartness in the end. Nice!

Bottle pour at Arrogant Sour Festival 2024. Clear golden with almost no head. Nice combo of apple and white grapes, nice sourness, soft texture. Vinous.

From 0,75l bottle shared at Arrogant Sour Fest, Reggio Emilia. Light yellow hazy color, small white head. smells vinous, earthy, herbal, subtle sweetness. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes vinous, grapes, earthy, herbal. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of vinous, grapes and herbal notes. Very nice one
