Aromas are dark malt, unsweetened cocoa, molasses. Flavors are similar to nose and more sweet than bitter with light carbonation. Add in a bit of honey and just maybe a suggestion of coconut at the very end. Very rich. Alcohol is well hidden. Definitely a sipper.

Can at share. Black pour, oily, flat except for a few stray bubbles and spots of lacing. Aroma is rick and roasty burnt toast, oak barrel, anise, coconut and vanilla. Taste adds some smooth bourbon flavors onto this heady dessert blend, sweet and strong, thick and creamy. And this is a porter to boot. Well done!

Svart med lys brunt skum. Lukter sjokolade. Smaker lønnesirup, sjokolade og bourbon. Middels lang.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Viscous black, no head. Aroma of chocolate brownie with too much coconut and vanilla. Sticky sweet with full body and visccous mouthfeel. The heather honey is delicious, and even while the normal vulgarity of Omnipollo is toned down a bit, it comes across as cloying bling-bling.

Thanks fonefan! Black colour, small brown head, thick fluid. Aroma is vanilla, some dried berries, mild plum, nutty and some toasted tones. Flavour is chocolaty, plummy, nutty, dried fruity with some alcohol, vanilla and a bit cookies. Very sweet.

330mL can, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is full of intense coconut, vanilla, and heaps of honey, with plenty of bourbon presence. Flavour is less sweet than expected, with plenty of desiccated coconut, a sort of rum-raisin-like character, gentle vanilla, and big boozy bourbon. Thankfully, Omnipollo hasn’t ruined this by diabetes’fing the beer. The dry, roasty malt base serves us a nice vehicle for the coconut, vanilla and lengthier barrel-aging. Excellent.

Seriously dark with a brown head.
aroma of dried dark fruit, vanilla, dark chocolate, chocolate cake, dark toffee.
flavor is liquid dark chocolate cake, coconut, vanilla, dark caramel, dried dark fruits, cristmas pudding.
a bit too pastry for my taste, it's almost like a cristmas pudding with the dark dried fruits and other notes from additives. Solid and full bodied, but not to my preferences. More roasted malts would help i think.
