330ml bottle sold to med by djoeye. Shared at a drinking session with Finn. Pours a bubbly, fawn-coloured head, clear brownish body, spotty lacing. Inviting smell of caramel-chocolate, nicely roasted. Tasty with mid-sweet brown malts, both caramel and toffee, followed by a backdrop of coffee. Drying close, smoothly roasted. Medium bodied. Bottle (from Systembolaget beställningssortiment). Pitch black colour with a small brown head. Aroma is salty, some mild roasted and mild chocolaty tones with some wood as well. Flavour is similar, but chocolate and roast are the most evident. Very plesant, although a bit on the thin side of things.

Very good, cream-tan head over deep brown to black beer, pouring viscously leaving lacerings. Chocolate, some coffee, woody, hints at iodine. Dry, near-sweet, woody flavours; dried-out chocolate. Some faint coffee again. Quite roasty, roasted grains. Feels better bodied than it is. Dry finish but sweeter aftertaste. Good carbonation. I would have expected some salinity from an oyster porter.
