(Can) Dark brown colour, almost black, with frothy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of dark bread, coffee, dried fruit, dark chocolate, liquorice and orange. Malty, roasted taste with coffee, dark bread, dried fruit, dark chocolate, orange and a mild roasty bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced porter. Nice one.

330ml can sold to me by djoeye (bought at Systembolaget Piteå). Pours a large fawn- coloured head slowly diminishing over a near-black body, spotty lacing. Inviting smell of smoothly roasted chocolate malts. Flavoured with chocolate-cocoa moments, joined by notes of liquorice and ash. Moderately roasted finish. Medium bodied. Nice. Opaque ruby colour, big off-white head. Toasted, sweetish, coffeish aroma. Light-bodied. Toasted, coffeish, some dark chocolate. Very active carbonation (gluten-free entzyme?).

Can (from Systembolaget beställningssortiment). Reddish brown colour, huge brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, dried fruits, some toffee and mild nutty tones. Flavour is similar to the aroma, but also has some mild dark berries to it.
