Can @ Wetherspoons shared with beerhunter111. Clear orange golden color, average sized off-white head. Aroma is off: malts, slightly infected hops almost, citrus tart, diacetyl. Taste wise it isn’t much better. Disappointing.

’Pro Amore Humulus’ ;) nice slogan.... pours yellow/golden with a full white head. Aroam of grass, citrus, pine, orange. Taste has some grassy notes, lovely hoppy, pine, citrus, orange, slightly firm, malty base however it flattens quickly, fruity character, medium sweetness, medium bitterness, normal co2, biscuit malty base, some marmelade-ish, i liked it...

Cask halfpint at the Brewery Shades, Crawley. 5.7%. Golden color, white head. Distinct hoppy aroma, notes of citrus and pine. Refreshing hoppy flavour, tingling fruit (esp. citrus) and pine needles. Good beer.

Clear golden amber colour with a small thick white head. Aroma is tropical fruit, grassy hops, citrus and a touch of pine. Some lacing, toffee malty sweetness, some citrus and piney hoppy bitterness combine in a dry bitter finish.

Cask at the Hope Tap (JDW), Reading. Glowing crystal-clear amber with a thin white head. Tropical notes up front, a friendly warming caramel middle then pine in the mildly bitter finish. A little too much Cascade for my personal preference by the finish, but there’s no denying that this is a very tasty and well-balanced brew and well worthy of it’s high score on this site. Had it just after the very good and quite similar Hilden Mill Street, and this was just a little step ahead on all counts.
