West Coast IPA for us... With a hefty dose of Chinook, Cascade and Centennial, this IPA takes on bitter, resinous and herbal notes loaded with pithy Lemon and Orange rind and Pine, balanced against a juicy back end full of Citra and Nectaron, which gives this IPA a very modern West Coast feel.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A clear bright greenish yellow coloured pour with a nice big fluffy white head. Aroma is nice zippy citrus, lemon rind, lime, pine, light flaked white bread. Bright hops on the nose. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounded, sticky pine, zippy citrus, lemon and lime. Palate is semi sweet, resin, highish carbonation. Very chuggable.

Can. Almost clear yellow gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thinnish malts, a very thin but satisfying creamy sweetness. Crisp pine into bright crisp citrus. Centennial and Nectaron punching through with bright lemon tinted citrus and light crisp stone fruits. A touch of modern Mosaic candy fruits on the back end, even a touch of blueberry. Light, fairly dry crisp finish. A light peel bitter linger. Yeah, this is how West Coast should be done. Bloody crushable.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness clear golden body with lots of tiny particles beneath a thin white head. Low carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of pineapple, grass and peach. Flavour of lime and lemongrass. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. A solid but unspectacular west coast IPA.
