Honduran Coffee Stout.

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at The Source Coffee Roasters, Rogue Planet was mashed with an array of roasted and crystal malts designed to complement the flavours of our chosen coffee.
We cold conditioned this beer with 25kg of natural process Honduran coffee beans, produced by Maria Martinez at Las Cositas situated in the Agua Caliente area of Corquin, Copan. Showcasing flavours of caramel, milk chocolate and subtle fruity undertones, which meld seamlessly into this export strength stout.

18/11/2024. Draught at Kill The Cat, Spitalfields. Pours close to black with a small frothy light tan coloured head. Aroma is heavy coffee, milk chocolate, roasted malt, brown sugar, caramel, vanilla. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, very smooth, average to soft carbonation. Finish is just a little cloying but it’s still pretty good.
