500ml can from Hop Vault, Stourbridge, online. Slightly cloudy gold with small fizzy white head, no retention but its a sour. A lovely rhubarb and custard aroma, fruity and creamy. Taste is the same. The custard flavouring is especially nice. Hint of wheat and yeast in the background to keep this real. Mosest sourness. Bittering hops kick in at the finish to give it some balance. Smooth body. If this a fake adjunct heavy beer then I will have to buy some more. Its just too tasty.

Keg at the Attic Barrel Store, Brummy vice Cotts Bimble, 03/08/24. Hazed orange with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is tangy citric zest, lactic nip, sugar dusting, damp straw. Taste comprises sharp citric sherbets, rhubarb twang, hay bale, lactic spike. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering kiss. Decent enough simple but refreshing sour.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a murky golden orange colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is big rhubarb. The flavour is moderate sour light sweet, with a crisp, tarts rhubarb, light vanilla lactose palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Keg @ Bailey Head. Misty yellow appearance, small white head. Overall character seems to be focussed on rhubarb and custard sweets from the days of yore, both coming through nicely on the aroma and taste, sweet but pleasantly so with a good sour edge. Bit novelty, but not too bad.
