50cl bottle from Lidl. Pours the colour of used engine oil with a loose coffee coloured head; the aroma has coffee masking some leafy hops; the taste is sweet and fruity with some dry, deeply roasted, grains adding bitterness and balance; the aftertaste has some damp coffee grounds. A rather good stout.

Bottle from a Finnish supermarket. 2 days ago (as was Postiljon and the ratings Iโll be entering now). Black body, creamy tan head. Crappy roasty nose, notes of alcohol, really strange for the ABV. Smooth malty taste, slightly roasty, very light... something, lemon maybe. Vague notes of orange (whatโs with the agrumes in this rating?) Not bad but I expected a bit more.

50cl bottle from K-Kamppi, Helsinki. Poured black with a nice beige lacing head. Aroma has coffee, roasted malt and some chocolate. Flavor similar, coffee and roasted malt, hops quite noticeable towards finish. Smooth palate. Thin, but very enjoyable.

50 cl bottle from K-Supermarket Kamppi, Helsinki, on July 22, 2011.Clear dark brown color, tan head. Sweet, malty, chocolate, roasted scent. Malty, sweet, roasted taste. Malty and metallic aftertaste. A bit thin mouthfeel, medium bitterness.

Dark brown-ruby color, good creamy brown head. Cocoa and toasted malts in the aroma. Quite light body. Front is toasted malty with cold coffee and some chocolate. Then finish has quite decent amount of hops. Short toasted-bitter aftertaste. Feels a bit empty although is quite nicely hopped.

Bottled (from K Citymarket Kivihaka, Vaasa). Very deep ambery brown colour with a mediumsized beige head, that leaves nice lace. Aroma is beautiful toffee, roasted notes, mild dark fruityness as well as some coffee. Flavour is roasted malts, some sweet dark fruityness, chocolate, coffee and also some quite bittery notes. Quite strong coffeeish and chocolaty notes in the finish.
