Aged 3 years in first fill Islay whisky barrels...this beer isn't for everyone!

Smokey peat dominates, with a phenolic background note, leading to rich dark chocolate and hints of coffee...with this beer, we're altering the deal. Pray we don't alter it any further.

At 13.8% though, you shouldn't drink too much. Just like Han....you're no good to me dead!

Tap at Winter Affair 2025. Black body, off-white head. Peat dominates the aroma, but in a good way I'd say, some alcohol and light chcolate. Peaty, soft taste, huuuge peat and smoke, very well balanced out by the malty profile, ending bitterish. Not my fav, as I'm not the biggest fan of peat, but it's so well made!

Panda thanks to Cloin. Pretty much an opaque dark brown beer, small bubbly dark tan head. Smooth palate, a very mild viscosity, decent fine minerally carbonation. Rich dark malts, a good dark chocolate vibe. The peaty whiskey is fruity and well, peaty! A bit of rubber and band-aid but not over whelming. Went down pretty easy for a peat job.
