Can. Blimey! Can't remember the last time soloed this hop! Nice one Polly! Anyone remember when this hop was called Stella, before the lager meisters threw their toys? It was also, like Galaxy, a bitter mofo, and like Galaxy, that bitterness seems to have been bred out. Pours a hazy yellowish gold, slightly dirty looking, tidy pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light sweet malts, a thinnish but pleasing creamy sweetness. Ella hops bring crisp pine and mild hop spice. Light pineapple and a whisper of grapefruit. A very light, floral and fairly bright tropical melange in the mid. Tiny bit of savoury skunk towards the end which also reveals a touch of candy fruits. Nice job.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Milky golden body with a white head that holds well. No visible carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of pineapple and pricot jam. Flavour of pineapple and orange. Medium to full body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Fruity and very easy drinking.
