Our Lemongrass Kolsch was brewed to reflect Kolsch beers originating from Cologne, Germany. Clean and crisp maltiness is complimented by a subtle yeast-driven fruitiness while the hops offer a herbaceous & floral undertone. A bouquet of red apple and pineapple harmonises well with the light touch of lemongrass in this twist of a classic German Kolsch-styled beer. Pouring with a bright golden hue, the light wheat additions give a billowing foam crown that delivers further aromatic notes of bread crust and a light orange peel.
